Yardi announces first property management connector for Anthropic's Claude

Real-time Yardi data and tools now accessible through secure Virtuoso Connectors

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- At the Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference™ (YASC), Yardi® announced the launch of Virtuoso Connectors, a powerful new way to securely connect real-time Yardi data and tools with Anthropic's Claude context interface.

Virtuoso Connectors are a part of the Virtuoso AI platform and is designed as a secure bridge between enterprise data and modern AI tools, making it possible to integrate Yardi data with virtually any LLM that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The initial rollout will support Anthropic's Claude, with plans to support additional models over time.

Bring Your Own AI Assistant (BYOAA) workflows, starting with Claude AI Direct access to financial modeling, predictive maintenance, market analysis and portfolio insights without manual data extraction A durable, trusted Yardi data foundation that ensures AI insights are grounded in accuracy, not assumptions Virtuoso Connectors empowers property and asset management professionals to engage in natural language conversations with AI, informed by their most trusted Yardi data. This technology is dramatically transforming the user experience across the entire real estate organization.
