From North Asia, the gainers were led by education firm 51Talk Online Education Group ( COE ) and Korea Electric Power ( KEP ) , which rose 11% and 3.5% respectively. They were followed by semiconductor firm Silicon Motion Technology ( SIMO ) and lender Nomura (NMR), which increased 3.4% and 3.3% respectively.
The decliners from North Asia were led by fintech firm High Templar Tech ( HTT ) and internet and data center services provider VNET Group ( VNET ) , which dropped 16% and 6.2% respectively. They were followed by semiconductor company Himax Technologies ( HIMX ) and tech company Alibaba Group ( BABA ) , which lost 5.2% and 4.7% respectively.
From South Asia, the gainers were led by IT firm Sify Technologies ( SIFY ) , which rose 2.2%. It was followed by pharmaceutical firm Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY) and lender ICICI Bank ( IBN ) , which were up 1.5% and 0.7% respectively.
The decliners from South Asia were led by tech conglomerate Sea (SE) and Canaan (CAN), which fell 4.7% and 2.1% respectively. They were followed by IT firms Infosys ( INFY ) and Wipro ( WIT ) , which were down 1.9% and 1.8% respectively.
