March 17 (Reuters) - Canada's benchmark index opened higher on Tuesday

on gains across sectors, with miners and financials in the lead, while investors

awaited key central bank decisions for clues on monetary policy outlook in

Canada and the U.S.

At 9:32 a.m. ET, the S&P/TSX composite index was up 0.8% at

33,130.48 points.
