Dec 4 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index hit a record
high on Wednesday, boosted by financial stocks, as investors
assessed strong quarterly earnings from two of the biggest
domestic lenders.
At 9:31 a.m. ET (1431 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index was up 98.14 points, or 0.38%,
at 25,733.87.
