CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher after GDP data

Dec 23 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened

higher on Monday, led by gains in healthcare stocks, as

investors parsed key domestic economic data that exceeded market

expectations.

At 9:31 a.m. ET (14:31 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's

S&P/TSX composite index was up 33.07. points, or

0.13%, at 24,632.55.
