CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as commodity prices rise

June 2 (Reuters) - Canada's commodity-heavy main stock

index opened higher on Monday, helped by gains in energy and

metal miners' shares.

At 9:31 a.m. ET (1331 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's

S&P/TSX composite index was up 0.17% at 26,220.30

points.
