CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as investors await tariff updates

July 9 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened

higher on Wednesday, boosted by gains in real estate shares,

while investors looked out for trade and tariff updates.

At 9:31 a.m. ET (1331 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's

S&P/TSX composite index was up 0.2% at 26,952.68

points.
