April 9 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
higher on Tuesday, boosted by material stocks, amid investor
caution ahead of the Bank of Canada's next interest rate
decision later in the week.
At 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index was up 71.85 points, or 0.32%,
at 22,332.15.
