Sept 4 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
lower on Wednesday in the run-up to the Bank of Canada's
monetary policy decision, where investors expect an
interest-rate cut.
At 9:31 a.m. ET (13:31 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index was down 47.36 points, or
0.21%, at 22,995.09.
