Aug 1 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index slipped on
Thursday, pressured by a drop in energy shares, while investors
looked ahead to more corporate earnings from Canada and the
United States.
At 9:31 a.m. ET (1331 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index was down 66.11 points, or
0.29%, at 23,044.7.
