Feb 3 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened lower

on Monday as investors dumped risky assets after Ottawa

retaliated against U.S. President Donald Trump's tariffs on

imports.

At 9:33 a.m. ET (1433 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's

S&P/TSX composite index was down 2.4% at 24,920.36.
