Cosmos Health Signs Distribution Deal for Sky Premium Life Nutraceuticals in Central Europe; Shares Rise

11:42 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health ( COSM ) said Monday it signed a distribution deal with Slovakia-based Zendon for its Sky Premium Life nutraceutical products in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Cosmos said the deal will give it access to more than 6,000 stores of pharmacy and retail chains.

Zendon will handle regulatory affairs, sales, marketing, logistics, supply and distribution of Sky Premium Life nutraceuticals in the specified countries, Cosmos added.

Cosmos Health ( COSM ) shares were more than 15% higher in recent trading.
