European Equities Traded in the US as American Depositary Receipts Edge Lower Tuesday

11:19 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- European equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were slightly lower on Tuesday morning, down 0.11% to 1,562.80 on the S&P Europe Select ADR Index.

From continental Europe, the gainers were led by networking and telecoms company Ericsson (ERIC) and cybersecurity company Wisekey ( WKEY ) , which climbed 17.4% and 14.4% respectively. They were followed by clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Inventiva ( IVA ) , which gained 6.7%.

The decliners from continental Europe were led by Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) and Equinor ( EQNR ) , which fell 2.4% and 2.3% respectively.

From the UK and Ireland, the gainers were led by biopharmaceutical company Amarin ( AMRN ) and semiconductor company Arm (ARM), which rose 3% and 2.6% respectively.

The decliners from the UK and Ireland were led by biopharmaceutical company Adaptimmune Therapeutics ( ADAP ) and cryptocurrency miner Argo Blockchain ( ARBK ) , which dropped 17% and 8.7% respectively.
