March 14 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

the region's markets or individual stocks.

Air France KLM:

Air France KLM confirmed having lodged two appeals before

the court of justice of the European union. Appeals of two

judgments of the general court of the European union will be

rendered in December 2023.

Altria ( MO ), Anheuser-Busch Inbev:

Altria ( MO ) announced its intent to sell a portion of its

investment in Anheuser-Busch Inbev, who agreed to repurchase 200

million dollars of ordinary shares directly from Altria ( MO ).

Believe:

Believe reported FY revenue slightly above consensus at

880.3 million euros.

CASINO:

Brazilian food retailer GPA raised 704 million

reais ($141.6 million) with a primary share offer priced at 3.2

reais per share, it said on Wednesday.

The price represents a 3.9% discount from GPA's closing

level of 3.33 reais on Wednesday. GPA, which is backed by French

group Casino,will use funds from the offer to

deleverage the company, according to the deal prospectus.

Engie, Gaztransport et Technigaz:

Engie announced it was hedging through forward sale of its

residual stake in GTT. It concerns residual stake in GTT

representing about 5.38% of its share capital.

EU/FARMERS:

Lithuanian company HeavyFinance and the European Investment

Fund (EIF) said they had raised 50 million euros ($54.6 million)

to help farmers, as governments across Europe try to quell

protests by agricultural workers over pay and working

conditions.

ID Logistics:

ID Logistics posted recurring EBITDA up 16.6% year-on-year

to 434.7 million euros.

UCB:

UCB completed the placement of senior unsecured bonds worth

500 million euros with a coupon of 4.25% and a tenor of 6 years.

The bonds will be issued under its 5-billion-euro EMTN programme

on 20 march 2024.
