ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE/NVIDIA ( NVDA )
Artificial-intelligence semiconductor powerhouse unveiled a flagship AI
chip, the Blackwell B200, saying it is up to 30 times speedier than its previous
chip.
WORLD/OIL
* Iraq will reduce its crude exports to 3.3 million barrels a day (bpd) in
the coming months to compensate for exceeding its OPEC+ quota since January, the
oil ministry said on Monday, a pledge that would cut shipments by 130,000 bpd
from last month.
* Global oil demand will not peak for some time so policy makers need to
ensure sufficient investment in oil and gas to meet consumption and abandon the
fantasy of phasing out fossil fuels, Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said
on Monday.
AEROPORTS DE PARIS
French airport group ADP said it recorded a total group traffic of 25
million passengers in February, up 13,5% compared to the same period in 2022.
BOUYGUES - COLAS RAIL
TSO and Colas Rail were selected for the mechanised renewal of ballast on
the Atlantique Nord and Paris Sud-Est high-speed lines for SNCF Reseau, a
contract worth 200 million euros.
ENGIE/TOTALENERGIES:
Mitsubishi Corp ( MSBHF ) said on Tuesday it will form an international
coalition with seven other firms including TotalEnergies and Tokyo Gas ( TKGSF )
to support development and production of electric natural gas(e-NG).
Mitsubishi's ( MSBHF ) other partners are France's Engie, U.S.-based Sempra
Infrastructure, Belgium's TES, and Japan's Osaka Gas ( OSGSF ) and Toho Gas ( THOGF )
. They plan to create the group, called "e-NG Coalition", in the first
half of the year.
GETLINK
The Channel tunnel operator said Eurotunnel signed a partnership with Le
Marché Duty-Free, a subsidiary of Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited, for the
operation of duty-free business at the French terminal.
STELLANTIS ( STLA )
The automaker said it had purchased 8.3 million shares in the private
company Archer Aviation.
