Oct 30 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

the region's markets or individual stocks.

VIVENDI:

Paris-based investment fund CIAM said on Tuesday it would

appeal to France's financial watchdog AMF to ensure shareholder

rights are respected in Vivendi's plan to split up, urging a

public offer be launched for Vivendi shares.

ASM INTERNATIONAL:

Dutch chip-making equipment supplier forecast higher

fourth-quarter guidance after third-quarter bookings beat

expectations as AI continues to drive high-end orders.

SAINT-GOBAIN:

French construction materials firm reported Q3 volumes

slightly above analyst expectations as resilience in building

renovation offset weakness in Europe and a decline in new

construction.

M6:

French TV group reported a decline in Q3 results citing

impact from the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris - events

it did not broadcast.

EUTELSAT:

French satellite firm reported a 5.9% LfL increase in Q1

revenue, to 300 million euros, and maintained all financial

targets.

EMEIS:

France's care home group posted a 8.2% organic growth in

revenue in the nine months to end Sept, to 4.17 billion euros,

and confirmed its full-year targets.

GALAPAGOS:

Dutch pharmaceutical firm reported its Q3 results.

TRIGANO / BENETEAU:

The French competition authority has approved Beneteau's

sale of BIO HABITAT to Trigano, with the deal expected to close

by year-end 2024.
