BANK OF FRANCE:
France's central bank said the economy "will grow slightly
in the fourth quarter" as high political uncertainty contributes
to a slowing pace of expansion in November, although it did not
give a figure in its monthly forecast on Tuesday.
NEXPERIA:
The Netherlands and the European Commission are committed to
securing supply in the semiconductor sector following the spat
with China over chipmaker Nexperia, Dutch Economy minister
Vincent Karremans said on Tuesday.
ABN AMRO:
The Dutch bank reported on Wednesday third-quarter net
profit of 617 million euros ($719.55 million), beating consensus
expectations. It said it has signed a deal with Blackstone
to buy NIBC Bank, expecting the acquisition to improve
its profitability and generate a return on invested capital of
around 18%.
LVMH:
The luxury conglomerate said on Wednesday it had bought a
minority stake in Swiss manufacturer La Joux-Perret
PLUXEE:
The Brazilian government signed on Tuesday a decree seeking
changes to the country's meal voucher programme. The French
voucher provider said the changes could compromise the
programme's sustainability, adding it is assessing the financial
implications of proposed changes and might take legal action.
