July 17 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

the region's markets or individual stocks.

PARIS AIRPORTS/AIR FRANCE KLM:

France's civil aviation authority has asked airlines to reduce

flights at Paris-Orly airport by 20% on Thursday evening due to

storm risks, with delays also expected at Paris-Charles de

Gaulle airport.

AEROPORTS DE PARIS SA:

The Paris airport operator reported June group traffic fell 1.4%

to 33.4 million passengers and revised its 2026 annual passenger

traffic growth forecast for Paris to around 0.5% from a previous

range of 1.5-2.5%

AEDIFICA NV:

Belgian healthcare real estate investor Aedifica announced

investments of around €21 million in two care homes in Spain and

Finland .

AXA:

Private equity company Ardian said that AXA was selling its 10

percent stake in Ardian, while Assurances du Crédit Mutuel (ACM)

and Wafra would increase their respective shareholdings in

Ardian.

DASSAULT SYSTEMES:

French software maker Dassault Systemes DAST.PA is in talks to

buy drug-trial software maker ArisGlobal from Nordic Capital for

about $2 billion, the Financial Times reported on Thursday,

citing people familiar with the matter

VINCI SA:

French infrastructure group Vinci reported its airports division

saw passenger traffic decline 1.3% to 85.1 million in the second

quarter of 2026

WORLDLINE SA:

French payments company Worldline said it has been selected by

the European Central Bank to participate in the Eurosystem's

pilot project on the digital euro.
