Chinese shareholder Sinochem is exploring options to further

reduce its stake in the tyre maker after recently cutting its

holding to 20% from 34%, daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported on

Wednesday.

The Chinese group could reduce the stake to 10% or even sell

its entire holding, the newspaper wrote, citing unnamed sources.

Brazilian power regulator Aneel on Tuesday rejected an

appeal by the Italian utility against proceedings that could

lead to the revocation of its Sao Paulo electricity distribution

concession. The concession has come under scrutiny following

power outages in Sao Paulo caused by severe weather events in

recent years.

The oil major has reached an agreement with APA Corp. ( APA )

to acquire interests in additional exploration blocks in

Uruguay, following the agreements signed with Argentina's YPF in

November 2025, daily MF reported, citing a market disclosure

issued by the U.S. company.

Merchant bank Mediobanca holds a 5.07% stake in the fintech

company as of August 3, the Italian bourse watchdog Consob said

in a filing on Tuesday.

Russian investor Mikhail Stiskin holds a 5.29% stake in the

Italian debt recovery firm's share capital, Italian financial

daily MF reported on Wednesday.
