TELECOM ITALIA, INWIT

An Italian judge has rejected an urgent request by Italian

telecom tower company to suspend Telecom Italia's withdrawal

from a tower lease agreement, the company said on Monday,

confirming an earlier Reuters report.

Telecom Italia expressed "satisfaction and confidence that

the matter would be resolved swiftly", confirming that "it had

always acted properly and in full accordance with its

contractual agreements".

Ukraine has orderednew franco-italian air defence systems,

16 Rafale fighter jets that will operate in its skies by

2028-2029, France's President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday,

adding that Paris was licensing the production of several

capabilities, including the Scalp cruise missile.

ENI, SERI INDUSTRIAL GROUP

Italian energy group and battery storage firm Seri

Industrial announced on Monday the launch of FAENIX, a

new company which will specialise in the commercial and

technological development of Europe's lithium iron phosphate

Oilfield services firm SLB said on Monday its

OneSubsea joint venture has won a multi-well engineering,

procurement and construction contract from the Italian major for

Phase 3 of the Baleine deepwater project offshore Ivory Coast.

Nuclear energy startup Newcleo is pressing ahead with its

plan to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange, a transaction that
