Elon Musk on Monday defended himself against the allegations of ‘being anti-Semitic’ in several media reports over his recent controversial comment on X has been called out and facing massive criticism for endorsing a controversial comment on X. Musk had replied in agreement to a now-deleted post which claimed that ‘Jewish people are spreading hatred’ against the whites.

“This past week, there were hundreds of bogus media stories claiming that I am anti-Semitic. Nothing could be further from the truth. I wish only the best for humanity and a prosperous and exciting future for all,” the US billionaire wrote, rejecting all media reports calling him anti-Semitic.

However, Elon Musk’s response to the controversy has received a mixed reaction. Among many, a political journalist Brian Krassenstein wrote, “While I don’t always agree with some of the things you agree with or say, as a Jewish man I have never once thought that you were even remotely close to an anti-semite. Those who throw around these words so easily are actually the ones causing harm to Jews because it minimises the actions of actual anti-semites.”

Following to Brian Krassenstein's tweet, Musk seemed to thank him on the thread. Meanwhile, one of Musk’s followers commented in support, “Keep going, dude. We see what you're doing and appreciate it. Let's be honest, in this day and age being attacked by the corporate media is often a sign that you're doing something right.”

Another said, “The establishment media lies about you because they're terrified of a future where they are irrelevant.”

On Wednesday, November 15, Musk seemed to agree with a controversial post on X, which claimed that Jewish people are stoking hatred against white people. The tweet, which was deleted later, claimed the ‘Great Replacement’ conspiracy theory as ‘the actual truth’.

Following Musk’s support, Reuters reported the conspiracy claims that Jewish people and the leftists are making the ethnic and cultural replacement of white populations and non-white immigrants that will lead to a ‘white genocide’.

The claims stirred controversy to such a level that the White House came forward and accused Musk of "abhorrent promotion of anti-Semitic and racist hate" while stating ‘runs against our core values as Americans, reported Fox Business.

After the accusations got into a storm, Musk defended the allegation on X.
