IBERDROLA

The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has

authorized Iberdrola's acquisition of the 18.4% stake it does

not already own in its U.S. unit Avangrid ( AGR ), Expansion

reported on Monday.

TECNICAS REUNIDAS

The company is negotiating a contract to develop a new gas

project in Kazakhstan, which would require an investment worth

as much as $3 billion, Expansion reported on Monday.
