01:54 PM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GSI Technology ( GSIT ) said Friday that the US Army selected the company for a potential contract award of up to $250,000 under the DoD Small Business Innovation Research program.

Shares advanced 50% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 81.1 million from a daily average of about 171,000.

Versus Systems ( VS ) disclosed late Thursday an expansion into Brazil, which, the company said, was one of the largest gaming markets in the world with more than 100 million users.

Shares jumped 37%, with intraday trading volume soaring to over 62.3 million compared with a daily average of about 197,000.

Nukkleus ( NUKK ) said late Thursday that it regained compliance with the Nasdaq's listing rules.

Shares soared 54% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 17.1 million from a daily average of about 4.6 million.
