01:54 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mullen Automotive ( MULN ) struck two securities purchase agreements for some investors to buy 5% original issue discount secured notes convertible into stock and warrants exercisable for shares to raise about $14.4 million for the company.

Mullen shares catapulted 287%, with trading volume soaring to over 20 million from a daily average of about 230,000.

K Wave Media ( KWM ) said Wednesday it signed a securities purchase agreement with the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve for the sale of up to $500 million of its shares to support, among other things, a bitcoin treasury strategy.

Shares more than doubled as intraday trading volume surged to more than 101 million from a daily average of about 375,000.

Sharps Technology ( STSS ) said it has started shipments of its SecureGard and SoloGard smart safety syringes to three client orders from its manufacturing site in Hungary.

Shares soared 77%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 45 million from a daily average of roughly 696,000.
