* LSEG: The London Stock Exchange ( LDNXF ) has unveiled plans to launch a night-time trading venue in the first half of 2027, the Financial Times reported.
* IP GROUP ( IPZYF ): IP Group's ( IPZYF ) board of directors unanimously rejected a sweetened 71.3 pence-per-share takeover proposal from Railpen, citing significant undervaluation of the company and its prospects.
* BT GROUP: A £167 million stake in Britain's BT Group was offered for sale via an accelerated bookbuild, a bookrunner said.
* OIL: Oil prices softened, with markets weighing reports of mediation efforts between the U.S. and Iran against an exchange of fresh attacks between the two.
* GOLD: Gold prices rose as investors weighed diplomatic efforts to ease the U.S.-Iran conflict, which could temper oil-driven inflation risks and influence the U.S. Federal Reserve's interest rate path.
