* FRASERS ( SDIPF ): Australia's Accent Group said that an independent board committee comprising all but one of its directors recommended rejecting the A$390.8 million takeover offer from its top shareholder, Britain's Frasers Group ( SDIPF ).
* OCADO ( OCDGF ): Ocado Group ( OCDGF ) is preparing to appoint a successor to chief executive Tim Steiner, Sky News reported.
* MINERALS: Britain will invest £50 million to boost domestic production of critical minerals, the government said, as it seeks to reduce reliance on concentrated global supply chains and strengthen economic resilience.
* OIL: Oil prices slid after U.S.-Iran talks concluded in Switzerland with Tehran saying it had secured waivers for oil and petrochemical exports, easing worries about a supply shortage in global markets.
* METALS: Copper prices ticked up on the London Metal Exchange as the market digested a turbulent weekend of U.S.-Iran peace negotiations.
* GOLD: Gold rebounded from a more than one-week low, as oil prices fell after Iran cited progress in U.S.-Iran peace talks, though bets of higher interest rates after hawkish U.S. Federal Reserve signals limited the metal's gains.
