Western Forest Products to Implement 30-1 Reverse Stock Split

07:49 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Forest Products ( WFSTF ) over the Canada Day holiday period said it plans to implement a 30-for-1 reverse stock split of its common shares.

The company said it currently has 316.7 million common shares issued and outstanding.

Shares of the company closed up 2.6% to $0.40 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
