07:30 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AECOM ( ACM ) said Monday it and joint venture partner Bureau Veritas have been selected as the independent certifier for the design and construction of The Wave - Stage 1, a major rail project in Queensland, Australia.

Under the six-year contract, the company said the joint venture will certify the design and construction of a new dual-track rail line between Beerwah and Caloundra, including new and upgraded stations, to ensure the project meets safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
