Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $1.69 billion, up from $1.32 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.63 billion.

For Q2, the company expects earnings of $0.42 to $0.52 per diluted share and net sales of $1.75 billion to $1.85 billion. Analysts expect $0.33 and $1.74 billion, respectively.
