04:55 PM EDT, 04/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) portfolio unit Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (BXDC) said Friday it filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The newly organized data center firm has not yet determined the number of shares to be offered or the expected price range, the company said.

The stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange upon the completion of the offering, it said.
