Evergy Board Chair Mark Ruelle to Retire

04:26 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Evergy ( EVRG ) said late Friday that Mark Ruelle will retire as board chairman and will not stand for reelection as director at the company's annual meeting on May 7.

The company's board nominated Chief Executive and President David Campbell as chairman, the company said.
