09:50 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cinemark Holdings ( CNK ) said Tuesday that its US unit has completed its cash tender offer to buy its 5.875% senior notes due 2026.

The company said the offer expired at 5 pm ET on July 15, with 85.3% of the notes, totaling about $345.3 million, validly tendered. Payments for the accepted notes are scheduled for July 18, Cinemark added.
