11:05 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dayforce ( DAY ) said Wednesday that its board has authorized a share repurchase program for up to $500 million of its common stock.

The program has no expiration date, the company said.

Also on Wednesday, Dayforce ( DAY ) reported higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue and lifted its revenue guidance for 2024.

Shares of Dayforce ( DAY ) rose by nearly 11% in recent trading.
