Aug 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Deutsche Bahn's logistics unit Schenker has collected

final bids from a consortium led by CVC Capital Partners

and Danish transport firm DSV that value the

business at around 14 billion euros ($15.57 billion), two people

familiar with the matter told Reuters.

** A group of private credit lenders led by Blue Owl Capital

and Ares Management ( ARES ) agreed to take over

educational-software firm Pluralsight from Vista Equity Partners

in a $900 million deal, the Financial Times reported.

** Skydance Media is accusing Paramount Global's ( PARAA )

special committee of directors of breaching the terms of its

deal by extending the period of time when it can engage with

other bidders, the Wall Street Journal reported.

** Swedish medical-equipment maker Getinge said

it will acquire U.S.-based organ transport company Paragonix

Technologies for about $477 million.
