12:36 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Phillips 66 (PSX) said Wednesday in a regulatory filing that Elliott Investment Management on Feb. 13 nominated candidates to stand for election to the company's board at its annual meeting of shareholders.

Elliott has built up a stake worth more than $2.5 billion in the oil refining company and has pressured Phillips in recent weeks to sell or spin off its midstream business.
