09:26 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) said Wednesday that it has completed the prospectus for its offering of approximately 15.8 million shares at $4.60 each for gross proceeds of approximately $72.8 million.

The precious metals mining company said it will use the net proceeds to advance its Pitarrilla project in Mexico, as well as for working capital.
