FEMSA Completes Sale of Plastics Solutions Operations to AMMI

01:36 PM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fomento Economico Mexicano (FMX), or FEMSA, said Friday it has completed the previously announced 3.17 billion Mexican pesos ($153.3 million) sale of its plastics solutions operations to AMMI.

Shares of FEMSA were down 3.4% in recent trading.
