Ferroglobe Swings to Q4 Loss; Sales Decline

05:30 PM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ferroglobe ( GSM ) reported a Q4 loss late Tuesday of $0.06 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.03 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.07.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $329.4 million, down from $367.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $293.6 million.

The company raised its quarterly dividend at $0.015 per share from $0.014, payable on March 30 to shareholders of record as of March 23.
