Forsys Reaches Agreement to Purchase Farm Namibplaas Portion-1

05:20 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Forsys Metals ( FOSYF ) after close of trade Monday said its subsidiary Valencia Uranium finalized an agreement with Namibplaas Guestfarm and Tours (Proprietory for the purchase of Portion-1 of farm Namibplaas No. 93, at the company's Norasa Uranium project.

The purchase of the EPL-3638 property is the final outcome of lengthy negotiations for the economic terms for access rights with the previous farm owner, and is situated less than 3 kilometers to the northeast of the Valencia deposit.

EPL-3638 covers a total surface area of 1,266 hectares, with approximately 93% located on the property, which measures approximately 6,700 hectares.

The company's shares closed down $0.01 to $0.73 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
