12:19 PM EDT, 06/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Global Mofy AI ( GMM ) will implement a reverse stock split of its class A and class B ordinary shares at a 1-for-50 ratio on Thursday, the company said Tuesday.

The reverse stock split will reduce the number of outstanding class A shares to around 1.8 million from 89.6 million and class B shares of GMM to about 0.2 million from 8.2 million, the company said.
