04:48 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vertical Aerospace ( EVTWF ) is working with Jefferies on a $100 million equity financing, potentially announcing details as early as Monday, Sky News reported Sunday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The company is looking to secure the amount in the coming days, with about $35 million from current institutional investors like Mudrick Capital Management and Yorkville Advisors, and the remainder potentially coming from new investors, according to the report.

Vertical Aerospace ( EVTWF ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
