Micron Technology Launches Cash Tender Offers for Outstanding Senior Notes

08:45 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology ( MU ) said Wednesday it has commenced offers to purchase for cash six series of outstanding senior notes, with maturities ranging from 2031 to 2035.

The securities include 5.300% senior notes due 2031 worth $1 billion, 5.650% senior notes due 2032 worth $500 million, 5.875% senior notes due 2033 worth $750 million, 5.875% senior notes due 2033 worth $900 million, 5.800% senior notes due 2035 worth $1 billion, and 6.050% senior notes due 2035 worth $1.25 billion.

The tender offers are set to expire on March 31, with settlement expected on April 3, the company said.

Shares of Micron Technology ( MU ) were down 1.5% in Wednesday premarket activity.
