Pennant Group Buys Senior Living Communities in Wisconsin

04:45 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pennant Group ( PNTG ) said Friday it acquired the operations of three senior living facilities in Green Bay and Appleton, Wisconsin.

The deal, which is effective Friday, will be subject to a long-term, triple net lease, the company said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
