08:50 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SBC Medical Group ( SBC ) said Thursday it acquired MB career lounge, a Japanese provider of management support services for medical clinics.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said the acquisition adds the JUN Clinic network, which is supported by MB, to its operations, including a network of aesthetic and plastic surgery clinics operating in both urban and regional areas of Japan.
