11:13 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TransDigm Group ( TDG ) said Wednesday it completed its $655 million acquisition of Raptor Labs from L Squared Capital Partners.

The transaction was financed by cash on hand, TransDigm ( TDG ) added.

Shares of TransDigm ( TDG ) were up 2.3% in recent trading.
