10:10 AM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- USA Rare Earth ( USAR ) said Monday it has closed its private investment in public equity financing with a single institutional investor for total gross proceeds of $75 million.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to fund capital expenditures for its magnet manufacturing facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and for working capital and operating expenses.
