06:50 AM EDT, 06/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Wednesday that it has arranged $128.2 million in refinancing for a four-property, 986-unit portfolio in Eugene, Oregon.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance arranged the transaction on behalf of a local client, the company said.

The portfolio includes River Terrace with 280 units, Parkside with 254 units, The Bailey at Amazon Creek with 252 units, and Crescent Park with 200 units, Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said.
