Waterstone Financial Boosts Share Buyback Program by Additional 2 Million Shares

03:53 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Waterstone Financial ( WSBF ) said late Tuesday its board has approved the repurchase of an additional 2 million shares of its common stock under its existing buyback program.

This authorization adds to the available remaining capacity of 224,852 shares under the program.
