Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Buy Opinion On Shares Of Analog Devices
Nov 25, 2025 9:58 AM

12:40 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We raise our 12-month target price to $280 from $265, based on a P/E of 25x our CY 2027 EPS forecast of $11.20, within historical and peer averages. Based on better-than-expected Oct-Q results, we raise our FY 26 (Oct.) EPS estimate to $9.58 from $9.06 and FY 27's to $11.10 from $10.80. ADI's diverse design pipeline grew over 20% in FY 25, with particular strength in its AI-driven ATE business, automation/robotics, energy infrastructure, and data center connectivity solutions. Looking ahead, we believe the company is well positioned to continue growing in FY 26, as the cyclical recovery is sustained and secular opportunities drive higher content growth. We see demand supported by expanding opportunities in AI infrastructure and automotive ADAS systems while long-term prospects are emerging from applications like humanoid robotics. Inventories across the channel remain relatively lean, at around six to seven weeks, as customers remain prudent amid ongoing macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties.
