07:50 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We lift our target to $300 from $250, on P/E of 31.4x our 2027 EPS view, above peers/near historical. After better-than-expected Q3 results/Q4 guide, we raise our EPS estimates for 2025 to $3.95 from $3.91, 2026 to $6.44 from $5.97, and 2027 to $9.57 from $7.63. AMD's core server business is seeing a resurgence, as scaling AI workloads is driving significant new demand for general-purpose EPYC CPUs, with hyperscalers planning substantially larger CPU build-outs (a similar theme being seen with Intel). We expect the OpenAI partnership to potentially drive well over $100 billion in sales over the next four-five years, fundamentally changing the scale and perception of AMD's AI business. We believe it provides immense validation for the MI400/Helios roadmap and the ROCm software stack. We also see a broadening out with Oracle, greater traction with neocloud providers (Crusoe, Vultr) and sovereign AI programs. We come away positive from AMD's Q3 call and await greater insights at its Analyst Event next week.
